When you lie down before you go to bed; place a slice of the cucumber on top of each eye. You will be amazed at how much of the black color and the puffiness under your eyes will disappear.

Rest: Regardless of what we think; our bodies require at least 8 hours of sleep. If you are noticing that the circles under your eyes are black and the puffiness under your eyes is getting worse; it is time to begin getting more sleep. Turn off the television an hour earlier each night and begin giving your body the much needed rest that it requires.
