1. Clench Your Teeth And Purse Your Lips Tightly: You will want to force both corners of your mouth down towards your chin; this will help tighten the neck muscles. Once lowered you will want to raise the corners of the mouth and keep repeating. Over time you will notice that your neck and chin muscles will become tighter.
2. Purse Your Lips: Pretend like you have a mouthful of water and with your mouth puffed our; you will want to slap your cheeks together with both hands. While this sounds funny and you may even feel weird doing it; it does wonders to your skin and will increase the blood supply to your face.
3. Eye Exercises: This is kind of like having your eyes doing situps. You will want to place a finder under each of your lower lids; then you will want to try to lift the finger gently. Keep repeating the process and relax in between each lift.
