Fiber: Many of us do not realize the importance of adding fiber to our diets. We all should be consuming at least 25 grams of it on a daily basis. One of the best ways to add more fiber to our diets is to increase the consumption of fruits
and vegetables into our diets.

Water: This is a great way to hydrate the body and ensure that it stays nice and hydrated. Many of us do not drink enough water and it shows on their body.
